Below is a detailed walk-through on how to level up Tailoring 1-600 easily and efficiently. This leveling guide is as complete as I can make it but some players may have to purchase extra Tailoring materials due to sometimes not getting a point from a yellowed item. Some players may also find that making different items are cheaper on their server depending on its economy but, a lot of the times I have listed items with the easiest resale for the most profit in an effort to get some of your gold back. In total, expect to spend 8,000g - 11,000g leveling Tailoring 1-600. (Note: Most players should be able to recover 9,000g or more by selling on the Auction House or disenchanting the items depending on the server's economy).

• At 500, see the Tailoring trainer in any major city to learn Zen Master Tailoring. This requires character level 80 and will let you level up to the max, 600.
• 500-535: Make atleast 51 x [Bolt of Windwool Cloth] - Hold for next steps and make more as needed.

• 535-556: Make 7 x [Windwool Shoulders] - Disenchant or AH: Can proc rare quality (AH).
  Required Materials:

• 556-568: Make 3 x [Windwool Pants] - Disenchant or AH: Can proc rare quality (AH).
  Required Materials:
  15 x [Bolt of Windwool Cloth]
• 568-573: Make 1 x [Imperial Silk] - This has a CD of one day and you'll need to go to Valley of the Four Winds, Silken Fields located in the middle south, slightly east section of the zone. Easy to get to even if you're not 86 yet.

• 573-577: Make 1 x [Windwool Hood] or [Windwool Tunic] - Disenchant or AH: Can proc rare quality (AH).

577-600: From here you could just make any of the Windwool items until you hit 600. It will take approximately 48 or so to get there depending on your luck and if you have the guild perk for tradeskills. If you want to make gold from Contender's PvP set pieces or the rare spellthreads (leg enchants), you'll need to level your character to 87 so, you can learn some new patterns from a vendor in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Each recipe will cost you 1 x [Spirit of Harmony] with can be found from mobs throughout Pandaria. Recipes can be purchased from Esha the Loommaiden - Horde or Raishen the Needle - Alliance. Note: You need to do the quest (video below), A Celestial Experience which will lead to the quest, A Witness to History and into the Vale of Eternal Blossoms zone.
