This Alchemy 1-600 leveling guide for MoP is as complete as I can make it but players may have to purchase extra Alchemy materials due to sometimes not getting a point from a yellowed item. Some players may also find that making different Alchemy potions and items is cheaper on their server depending on the economy. In total, expect to spend 12,000g leveling your Alchemy profession 1-600. You should make a good chunk of that back (estimated 10,500g) by selling the items on the Auction House. • Once you hit skill level 60, talk to the Alchemy trainer in any major city and train Journeyman Alchemist. This will allow you to skill up to level 150 and requires level 10.

• 60-105: Make 50 x [Lesser Healing Potion] (You will be using the Minor Healing Potions you just made.)

  At 475, before continuing on, you'll want to choose a specialization. The trainer should have three quests available and you'll only be able to pick one specialization. You can be a Potion, Transmutation, or Elixir Master. If you plan to make and sell a lot of potions, go with that one, if you plan to trans a lot of Living Steel, go with transmutation, if you plan to make a lot of flasks or elixirs, pick elixir master. As for gold making, I like Transmutation or Elixir Master in Patch 5.0.5. But, it's really up to you.

• 475-480: Make 5 x [Mighty Rejuvenation Potion]

At 500, before continuing on, you'll want to choose a specialization. The trainer should have three quests available and you'll only be able to pick one specialization. You can be a Potion, Transmutation, or Elixir Master. If you plan to make and sell a lot of potions, go with that one, if you plan to trans a lot of Living Steel, go with transmutation, if you plan to make a lot of flasks or elixirs, pick elixir master. As for gold making, I like Transmutation or Elixir Master in Patch 5.0.5. But, it's really up to you. I have advice in the video above.

• 500-525: Make 32 x [Master Healing Potion] - These potions won't sell well so stop making them once you discover decent items to make.

Below is just an example of what leveling could look like. Watch the video at the top of the page for more details (Coming Soon). Stay away from Golden Lotus in the first week if prices are astronomical. Use your Living Steel CoD for 5 skill points whenever you discover it.

• 525-560: Make 45 x [Potion of the Jade Serpent]
  Required Materials:
  45 x [Green Tea Leaf]
  45 x [Silkweed]
  45 x [Crystal Vial]

• 560-575: Make 15 x [Potion of Mogu Power]
  Required Materials:
  15 x [Green Tea Leaf]
  15 x [Fool's Cap]

Beyond this point you'll want to make any Elixir you discover until 575 in the early days because, prices may not be ideal for Golden Lotus transmutes and Elixirs will be in slight demand over flasks if the prices are too high on flasks. Rare gems should sell but depending on Golden Lotus pricing could be a loss so if that's the case, check the cheapest route for your discovered recipes. Otherwise, follow one of the below suggested routes.

• 575-600: Make 25 x [Master Mana Potion] - Cheapest to 600 but won't likely make much gold back.
  Required Materials:
  25 x [Green Tea Leaf]
  25 x [Fool's Cap]
  25 x [Snow Lily]
  50 x [Crystal Vial]

Or follow the way below as long as you have discovered the items. If not, above is the better way until you discover everything.

• 575-587: Transmute 6 x [Transmute: Trillium Bar]
