To get started with making gold with Engineering, you're going to need some schematics. For this guide, I'm going to show you the basics so that no matter what about of gold you have or how new of an 85 you'll be able to do it. Let's just be honest though, making gold with Engineering has become extremely difficult and really Engineering should never be taken as a money making profession anyway.

Below is a detailed walk-through on how to level Engineering 1-525 quickly and easily. This guide is as complete as I can make it but players may have to purchase extra Engineering materials due to sometimes not getting a point from a yellowed item. Some players may also find that making different items are cheaper on their server depending on their economy. In total, expect to spend 7,200-7,700g leveling Engineering. (Note: You should be able to recover around 3,200g or more by selling items on the Auction House or disenchanting them depending on your server's economy).
