Below is an overview video(watch in HD) and detailed walk-through on how to use Jewelcrafting epics to make a good amount of gold everyday. Jewelcrafting epics made me around 1,500g++ gold a day in profit. As of patch 3.3.3 this has slowed a lot so make sure to test things out on your server first before sinking a lot of gold into it.

• First, you'll want to build up your epic ring and neck designs.

  Each epic design will cost 6 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Tokens, and there are currently a total of 4 epic ring designs and 3 epic necklace designs. You can obtain these tokens by completing the Jewelcrafting daily found in Dalaran in the Magus Commerce Exchange at the Jewelcrafter Trainer, Timothy Jones. The upside is the daily only takes about 10minutes to complete, while the downside is you can only get one token per day through the daily; meaning 6 days per epic design times 7 designs for a crazy 42 days of dailys! An alternative, which is expensive, can be to purchase a Damaged Necklace. These can range a lot in price but are generally around 150-200g on my server. I recommend just purchasing the Damaged Necklaces to quickly be able to craft the epic rings and necks. It should only take about a week to recover your investment.

• Once you have all of your epic ring and neck designs, begin my making one of each.

  If you can't get them all that is, of course, ok too. Just work your way up to making at least one of each. I have found that the Titanium Impact Choker and Band along with the Titanium Spellshock Necklace and Ring are the most popular so I would suggest making them first.

• Now that you have made all of your epic rings and necks, the next step is to list them on the Auction House; selling in trade as well is also a good idea.

  For epics, I recommend listing them for only 24 hours. You really shouldn't have much competition; as I'm on a high population server and barely do. Still, remember to undercut all competition by one gold; anything more is overkill. Also, never let up on the competition either. If you can, monitor your listings and re-list any that are undercut by your competition. I have never had much competition and can't say that any of them have stuck around more than a few weeks.

• For epics, there doesn't seem to be any peak time.

  However, most players log on from 6pm-8pm and they may undercut your items. If possible, keep an eye out and again re-list any item someone has undercut.

• Tuesday seems to be the peak day for epic sales.

  This is most likely due to the fact people typically gear up on Tuesday for the week's PvE and PvP content.

• Once you get the hang of how much you sell, begin purchasing mats during the weekend; they are typically the cheapest on the weekend.

  The main reason for this is most players aren't actually raiding on the weekends, and have a lot more time to gather mats. With the abundance of mats comes the simple economic rule of supply exceeding demand, which leads to lower prices. This doesn't mean 100% of the time they will be cheaper on the weekend, but instead makes it more likely. After you get a feel for mat prices, you can purchase them throughout the week for the lowest prices.

• Checking on mats every day with get you familar with who sells what.

  Pay attention and take a look at who is selling mats all the time and message them to sell directly to you at a discount. This will save you big on the craft costs. I have countless farmers listed on my friend's list who I deal with regularly to get the cheapest price possible.

• Finally, World of Warcraft isn't just about making gold and really should be the smallest part of your playtime.
