• First, you'll want to head down to Gadgetzan with 30 Thorium Bars in hand. Once there, speak with Derotain Mudsipper and complete the Imperial Plate Bracers and Imperial Plate Boots quests. This will teach you how to make the next items you need to skill up.
• 275-295: Craft 25 x [Imperial Plate Bracers] (Note: You may need to craft more or less depending on your luck).
